On a trip back from New York earlier this year I ran into Augustina Boutique owner, Cristina Burgess, at the airport. Over a glass of wine (or two!) she excitedly showed me swatches of some leather qualities she was working on for a new capsule collection of handbags. Several months later, these swatches are now full blown clutches available for sale in-store and on-line. Don’t be fooled by the scale of the photo because these puppies are large – basically, they are the size of a regular sheet of paper. Maybe not best suited for the office, but definitely perfect for cocktail hour.
