MALIBU / Matthew Perry’s Modern ‘Pier House’

Matthew Perry has recently put his 3,800 square foot home up for sale for a cool $12.5 million.  Overlooking the Malibu Pier with approximately 2.5 acres of hillside property, Perry bought this house in 2005 although it was originally built in 1981.  Without a hint of the 80’s in sight — with floor-to-ceiling windows and cool color palette — this home is a total babe magnet.  Gee, I really wish that he was one of my ‘friends.‘
