This gluten-free bakery-café has recently expanded to have 3 locations in Paris and 1 in New York.  With a menu that changes seasonally, expect to find all of your favorite French fare (croissants, baguettes, tartelettes, etc) as well as the good stuff: hamburgers, sandwiches, and pizzas — all gluten free.  Designed by Matheiu LeHanneur, the clean and cheeky interior makes you feel as though you’re in a futuristic grotto.
