People-watching and wine at its best in the heart of Valencia.

Located in the El Carme neighbourhood of Valencia, Café Sant Jaume resides inside a former pharmacy that first opened in 1899.

The small interior dons a beautiful wood-sculpted bar that is fully stocked with every type of alcohol imaginable.  Sant Jaume specializes in three cocktails: Sangria; Agua de Valencia — which combines freshly squeezed orange juice with cava and three white liqueurs (shhhh… it’s a secret); and Cremeat, another Valencian specialty that blends espresso with sugar, lemon peel and a touch of liqueur.

Its unique presence on a busy corner makes this spot ideal for people-watching while you sit on the outside terrace under the leafy trees.
